Micro Grain Carbide 2 Flutes Rib Ball End Mills designed for deep pockets in molds and cavities when ordinary end mills can't reach. Can Be Modified with a Neck.

● 2 Flute Extra Long Reach.

● Superior coating reduces manufacturing costs and machining time.

● Maximize the wear resistance due to the ArCrTiN coating.

● The production of complex 3-D moulds and contours is possible.

● Carbide ball end mill with excellent workpiece surface finish.

● Tight tolerence: R±0.003 (0.1-0.9mm), R±0.005 (1-4mm)

Applicable to high-speed processing of P20, 718H, H13, NAK80, S136, S136H and other materials before heat treatment (＜HRC45) and the processing of various product parts.
