    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION


    Corner rounding end mill applicable to copper and copper alloy and other non-ferrous.

    ● Coating material: DLC

    ● Friction coefficient: 0.05-0.1

    ● Micro hardness: 7000 HV0.05

    ● DLC coating provides wear resistance improvement as well as avoid edge stress in various applications.


    Corner rounding end mill suitable for a wide range of processing, especially tungsteng copper, aluminum alloys, magnesium alloy, copper alloy and titanium alloys.

    The use of low coefficient of friction coating technology, to reduce the viscosity and a good wear resistance.


    To correctly choose the corner radius size for a corner rounding end mill, consider the following factors:


    1. For softer materials:like aluminum, larger corner radii can be beneficial in reducing wear and prolonging tool life, as these metals tend to stick to cutting tools.

    2. For harder materials:such as steel or titanium require smaller radii to minimize forces exerted at the cutting edges of tools, thus preventing premature wear or breakage.

    3. Finish and : If a smoother finish is desired, choose a tool with a larger corner radius.

    4. Accuracy:If greater accuracy is needed, select a tool with a smaller radius.

    5. Coatings: Coatings can improve the tool's performance and longevity by reducing friction, wear, and heat buildup.
